My name is Ms. Anchal, I am 22 years old and live in Varanasi with my parents. I studied up to 12th standard, and due to my family’s financial situation I did not study further. One of my friends told me that mobile repairing training was being run by SIDBI Swavalamban Foundation in Varanasi. I visited the given address and met the Sarthak Ek Nai Soch Trust team, who briefed me about the objective and goal of the SIDBI Swavalamban Foundation sponsored mobile training. After discussing with my parents, I joined the training.
During the mobile repairing training, I got very good theory and practical training from expert faculty. On completing the theory and practical training, we also got an opportunity for on-the-job training through Sarthak Ek Nai Soch Trust. My heartfelt thanks to my trainer, who supported me a lot.
After completing this training, I am currently working at “786 Mobile Repairing Center, Varanasi”, where I earn Rs. 6,000 per month.
I want to express my sincere thanks to SIDBI and Sarthak Ek Nai Soch for running this mobile training program. The skills I’ve acquired have not only boosted my income but also empowered me and given me the confidence to pursue new opportunities. I’m now living a better life, and I couldn’t have done it without this program’s support.

My name is Sunil Kumar Jayswal and I stay in Varanasi with my parents. I am 24 years old and have studied up to 12th standard.
I was unemployed, and while looking for a job I learned through an acquaintance about the free mobile repairing course run by SIDBI Swavalamban Foundation through Sarthak Ek Nai Soch Trust. I visited the training centre and, after getting satisfactory information, took admission.
I’m speechless when it comes to expressing my gratitude for this free mobile training program. It has given me a new lease on life and has been a game-changer. I have gained not only skills but also confidence and a sense of purpose. This initiative is a shining example of how education and skills training can empower individuals and transform lives.
After completing the training, I am currently working at “Jayswal Mobile Repairing Center”, Varanasi, where I earn Rs. 7,000 per month. Our total family income has also increased.

I am Shiv Prakash Kesarvani, a 27-year-old who studied up to 10th standard, living in Prayagraj with my parents, brother and sister.
I came to know about the free mobile repairing course sponsored by SIDBI Swavalamban Foundation and run by Sarthak Ek Nai Soch. I went to the Prayagraj centre with my parents and took admission. I travelled 18 km from my home to the training centre every day.
Before this training, I had little knowledge of mobile repairing. I got very good training here, my teachers were very good and I enjoyed the course. I learned about all types of mobiles, and on-the-job training at a mobile shop was also very useful for me.

My name is Mohd. Majid Ansari, from Prayagraj, living with my parents, brother and sister. I completed 12th standard, was unemployed, and was looking for a skill to grow in life.
A relative told me about the mobile repairing course in Prayagraj, sponsored by SIDBI Swavalamban Foundation and run by Sarthak Ek Nai Soch. I took admission and travelled 25 km daily from my home for the training.
The training covered detailed theory and practicals on mobile repairing and the opportunities available in the mobile phone service industry, along with practical exposure at a mobile shop.
After the training, I now run my own shop, “Sajid Electronic & Mobile Repairing Centre”. My monthly income is more than Rs. 8,000. This training improved my life and I am now living a happy life. I am very grateful to SIDBI Swavalamban Foundation and Sarthak Ek Nai Soch Trust.
